This year we are holding our 12th Annual Andy Frame Memorial 5K Run which is a slight variation in our regular friday evening swim/run format. There will be NO Swim Leg tomorrow night, but feel free to have a dip to cool down afterwards!
Here is the detail for tonight:
WHAT IS IT? Its a 5 K Run!
WHEN IS IT? FRIDAY 11th November 2011
WHERE IS IT? At our regular beautiful Shaws Bay East Ballina Swim/Run location
TIMING FORMAT: You get out there and do your best. We will have spot prizes for those who run closest to our randomly drawn run times! so it doesent matter if you are first or last, just get out there and have fun and the random time draw may find you!
HOW MUCH IS ENTRY: Entry is $5 for Adults and $2 for U/18′s – with a fundraising effort going towards a donation to the Heart Foundation in memory of Andy!
WHAT TIME?: Rego from 5:30, Run starts at 6:00pm sharp!
There will be BBQ & Cold drinks available for purchase afterwards, as well as our random prize draw with an amazing selection of items to give away!

With a few of our regular hardworking crew away this week, anyone who is able to assist in setting up would be greatly appreciated, setting up will begin at 5:00pm
